“LEADER” is already well known in the Ennstal and Ausseerland as an EU funding programme, as the more than 70 projects already running successfully prove. But “LEADER” is also a method for how these projects work: the ideas come from people in the region, are thought up and implemented by them. Something new emerges, people work together and network – always with the aim of improving something and developing the region in a positive way.

Support comes on the one hand from funding by the EU, the Province of Styria and the federal government, and on the other hand from the board of the LEADER Region Ennstal-Ausseerland and the team on site. At the presentation of seven newly approved LEADER projects, regional treasures once again came to light that live up to the motto “From the region – for the region”.
